IT Solution Designer

We are currently looking for a talented IT Solution Designer & Tester to join our global IT team in the “Center of Expertise” for Consumer technology.

As an IT Solution Designer & Teter, you will play a pivotal role in conceptualizing, designing, and implementing tailored IT solutions in the area of Consumer Engagement (CX) and Consumer Data (CDP/CRM) Platforms. As well as supporting the team in managing and evolving our Webhosting Platform with more than 300+ websites.
Main Responsibilities:
You will work in a global team of architects and experts geographically distributed around the world.

You will support the architecture design, implementation and country roll-outs of our Consumer Engagement (CX) and Consumer Data (CDP/CRM) Platforms and the evolution of our consumer facing web applications , considering scalability, data integrity, security and performance.

In this role, you will design and enhance end-to-end aspects of the architecture of an application, including components such as Frontend, Backend, middleware technology, infrastructure components, data migration and integration scenarios. 

You will collaborate with international business units to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions that align with our strategic goals and in line with enterprise architecture principles.

Furthermore, you will develop and maintain architecture documentation, including system diagrams, data flow diagrams, and technical specifications.

You will manage major and minor upgrades of the current global platforms, coordinate needed stakeholder and work with Service Management to support achievement of Service level targets.

You will perform technical analysis and manage pilot projects in the area of Consumer Engagement (CX) and Consumer Data (CDP/CRM) Platforms and perform 3rd level support for running applications in collaboration with 2nd level support teams.
Who we are looking for:
You have a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field and have proven experience (4+ years) specializing in both Consumer Engagement (CX) and Consumer Data (CDP/CRM) Platforms. 

You have strong experience in Software Testing (Test Planning, Test Automation, and Test Case definition), and have expertise in integration techniques, API usage, and data migration.

Knowledge of SAP CX Suite (SAP Emarsys, SAP CDC, SAP CDP) is considered as a plus.

You have technical skills in HTML5, JS and CSS and your deep knowledge in Cloud Computing and in-depth understanding of  AWS and Kubernetes, complete your profile.

Furthermore, you are proficient in working with cross-functional teams and managing stakeholders and have an independent way of working as well as problem solving skills.

You are proficient in English (other languages will be considered as a plus).
